Yale Galanter, Brooke Mueller’s drug defense lawyer, confirms to ENews that she did not relapse and is in rehab as part of her planned after-care program. In court it was decided that she would be required to go back to rehab for maintenance, and she is currently fulfilling that duty. Mueller is doing well and maintaining a good relationship with the father of her two sons, Charlie Sheen.
